Group & Event Sales Manager

Delta Hotels by Marriott Istanbul Levent is looking an experienced Group and Event Sales Manager to join sales and marketing team. 

• Identify potential clients and market segments for group and event bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other potential customers.
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including catering, audiovisual, room setup, and guest accommodations.
• Ensure all client needs and expectations are met before, during, and after the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site tours for potential clients and provide information on facilities and services.ollaborate with other hotel departments, such as catering, banquet, and front office, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Work closely with the hotel's revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• University degree in a relevant field
• Experience in a similar position in the tourism and hospitality industry
• Proficient in English
• Experienced in market analysis and research, with strong communication skills and belief in teamwork.
• Committed to working with a guest satisfaction focus.
• Proficient in using Opera software and well-versed in basic office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Completed military service (for male candidates)
