Job Title: Reconciliation Production Operator

We are looking for a team member to our Neutral Operations Turkey team within CB & IB Operations. Reconciliation Production Operator will be responsible from day-to-day embargo message filtering, daily reconciliation of Deutsche Bank A.S.’s accounts, approved limit definitions, preparation of audit confirmations and performing all types of legal investigations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of Embargo Message Filtering operations,
• Manage the process of clients’ Cash, Non-cash, Treasury, Overnight and Intraday limit definitions, manage static data definitions in local banking system,
• Reconcile & Report bank’s all Nostro & Depot & Internal accounts,
• Perform the controls of audit confirmations and legal Investigations (KEP, hard copy investigations), follow up regulatory inquiries, perform controls on letters coming from seizure offices and other official offices (E-haciz, SGK etc),
• Creation and upload of daily, weekly and monthly reports. Prepare monthly tax accountings of the bank and carrying out the accrual-collection transactions,
• Attending projects for operational enhancements, prepare related manuals & workflows for system interfaces.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of banking experience preferably in operations department. within a local/international bank or other financial institution,  
• Knowledge of banking products and services, experience in operations department is an asset.
• University degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relevant department,
• Good knowledge of written and spoken Turkish & English,
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
