WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Statistics, Engineering, Economy etc.)

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience

• Strong analytical skills, and good with numbers

• Good command of English

• Strong knowledge in Excel and SAP

• Specialist know how in compensation & benefits principles

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• Creating C&B reports

• Works closely with HR partners/ Operation Teams to consolidate and validate the data

• Advices and guides other members of HR team on C&B topics

• Assists developing and applying HR policies and practices

• Advices and guides other members of HR team about C&B topics

• Preparing and reporting for Internal Audit
