We are looking for a “Sales Consultant (Luxury Brand)” for our multinational client operating in luxury fashion industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree preferred,
• Experience in luxury retail,
• A high affinity for fashion and innovative customer service,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills,
• Have sales-driven, team oriented and client oriented point of view,
• Have commercial mindset and Professional attitude,
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Achieving individual sales and performance targets and KPIs,
• Welcoming every client and provide the best client experience,
• Representing the brand well both inside and outside of the store,
• Building and developing relationships with existing customers to encourage brand loyalty,
• Performing as a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store,
• Providing exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products.
