We are looking for a teammate for the " Digital Marketing Analytics Executive ” position at IPEKYOL GROUP head office.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with our overarching marketing objectives and growth targets.
• Continuously reassess and refine the strategy in response to evolving market trends and industry shifts.
• Conceptualize, execute, and oversee display, mobile, and social media marketing campaigns, optimizing them daily to achieve key performance indicators.
• Manage and oversee mobile attribution tools such as Adjust, Appsflyer, etc., ensuring their efficacy in tracking and analyzing campaign performance.
• Strategically manage, measure, and optimize digital campaigns across user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Plan and execute rigorous A/B experiments to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of digital communication assets.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms, their operational protocols, and analytical capabilities.
• Provide regular weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on digital communication initiatives.
• Foster collaborative relationships across marketing, communications, growth, product, and data teams to ensure alignment and synergy in digital marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Possess extensive expertise and practical experience with leading digital advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant ad networks, as well as proficiency in mobile attribution and analytics tools
• Showcase a track record of developing and executing performance-oriented digital strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of businesses
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  

• Accumulate five to seven years of demonstrable success in performance-driven digital marketing roles within reputable organizations, preferably with a focus on app-based businesses. 

• Exhibit proven leadership skills, including the ability to effectively manage and lead a team
