Logistics Executive

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications for the Logistics Executive position to be assigned under the Logistics unit at the Head Office of our leading company in the energy sector.

• At least 10 years of experience in transportation executive roles
• Very good command of English
• Preferably graduated from engineering departments
• Experience in road transportation operations
• Experience in operational excellence and lean management
• Service level oriented
• Experience in motivating teams on high performance
• High ability to analyze details, reporting and problem solving,
• Teamwork-loving, disciplined and highly motivated for success,
• No travel barriers and will be able to keep up with the intense work pace,
• Able to use MS Office and preferably SAP programs.

Job Description

• Preparing and managing logistics budgets
• Managing transportation price negotiations
• Analyzing cost, efficiency and performance and reporting relevant KPIs,
• Creating action plans to improve business performance,  
• Working on projects to simplify and improve logistics processes,
• Taking an active role in digitalizing business processes,
• Taking part in innovation teams established for process improvement,
• Working as part of logistics risk assessment teams.
