QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Contract Manufacturing Warehouse Responsiblein Karacabey Nestle Co-Man Team who is responsible for ensuring that warehousing and handling operations of 3PL company is in line with Nestlé Good Warehousing Practices, objectives and principles and maintain the supply chain integrity of distribution operations.

Key Experiences

• University Degree
• Planning & organizational capabilities
• Min 3 - 4 years relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role at market/ business level in warehouse management
• Relevant operational experience at market/business level, in the following areas is beneficial; Customer Service, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales Inter Market Supply, Transportation,Technical.
• Desirable to have had worked on a leadership position in a LEAN organization, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part of their way of working
• Good English preferences

Main Responsibilities

• Implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and Best Practices. Implementation and sustainability of SHE mindset at Co-Packers. Follow up of near misses and recordable injuries at Co-Packers. Ensures that all RI are reported and communicated with Nestle.
• Manage Multiple Operations
• GMP Follow up: Ensures sustainability of GMP requirements in warehouse and packaging area. Makes random and periodical controls and supports GMP action closure.
• Packaging Material Release: Results of Co-Packer release data & analysis is checked in SAP. Gives UD for final release to be used in the production. Initiates DÖF to suppliers for any discrepancy and leads follow-up.
• Ensure that reverse logistics operation is done accurately on time.
• New Product Approval: Checks and communicates new artwork and packaging specifications with Co-Packers. Approves correct co-packing operation prior to first production of new SKUs. The brief describes the steps on the operations page. Organizes samples for companies
