NMT, a leading HR and Consulting firm specialized in bridging talent with opportunity since 1996, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Development Director for one of its prominent clients in the industry.

Job Description:

To plan, implement, and enhance corporate development and human resources management in line with our client's strategies. To define and manage HR policies, provide professional HR consultancy to senior management, and coordinate efforts in business processes, corporate culture, and talent management.

Responsibilities:

-       Manage projects related to management systems and process management, ensuring task coordination.

-       Develop and manage human resources policies and processes.

-       Implement and continuously improve strategies and processes to enhance employee experience.

-       Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements in production facilities, conduct risk assessments, and take preventive measures.

-       Provide training and guidance on quality, environmental, health, and safety issues, coordinating improvement programs.

-       Coordinate internal efforts and manage projects within the framework of sustainability initiatives.

Requirements:

-       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; preferably with a master's degree.

-       Experience in managing strategy and business process projects, corporate development, human resources, and personnel management.

-       Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-       Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to work in teams.

-       Advanced level of English is preferred.

-       Proficiency in QDMS, Ensemble, and MS Office programs.
