Pre Sales/Post Sales Engineer (Cyber Security Products)

We are looking for a "Cyber Security Engineer" to take part in Cyber Security Product Team. Our Cyber Security Product Team providing Cyber Security solutions for our customers. These team members perform following operations :

• Install, configure, and manage information security related products.
• Working with the Sales Team to follow up new product based projects, to support the Sales Team with technical issues and plan demos and PoC to cover customer satisfaction.
• Manage and work closely with the vendors and the technical teams to cover all the technical aspects which are addressed by vendors.
• Plan technical workshops, events and activities dedicated for the product to enhance its reputation and the value of the product.
• Working with marketing team and the customers to create new value added services or expand number of services and ensure all the service KPI’s.
• Provide Technical Support to customers for our products.
• Provide configurations, troubleshooting and best practices to customers.
• Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved by the vendors  and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
• Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
• Visit customers in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution as required.

Skills & Experience:

Must Have

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent professional English

Should Have

• Experience for following product or product family (3 years or more)
• Vulnerability scanner, vulnerability management tool usage and management experince (Tenable, Qualys, Invicti etc.)
• EDR/XDR Solutions (Trend Micro, SentinelOne)
• Ability to understand the customer's business and identify their unique cybersecurity needs.

• Source Code Analysis (Fortify)
