Investor Relations Specialist / Senior Specialist

We are looking for “Investor Relations Specialist / Senior Specialist” to join our Vestel Investor Relations team, which is responsible for the investor relations activities of Vestel Elektronik and Vestel Beyaz Eşya.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering,
• Preferably having an MBA degree,
• 3-6 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or corporate strategy,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Having Capital Markets Activities Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating Specialist Licenses is a plus,
• Experienced in financial statement analysis, financial modelling, capital markets and IFRS/CMB reporting,
• Good communication, leadership and management skills,
• Strong in analytical thinking, research and problem solving and being result oriented,
• Good presentation and reporting skills,
• Multitasking ability in a high stress environment, efficient and adept at meeting deadlines,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Coordination capabilities with different departments and fields, comfortable working with professionals at all levels of seniority,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description:

• Assisting in preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports,
• Assisting in preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases and communication materials,
• Assisting in preparation of corporate governance compliance reports,
• Managing the Investor Relations website to ensure it is up to date,
• Managing Investor Relations database to ensure it is up to date,
• Engaging in regular dialogues and IR marketing activities with equity analysts and investors, including one-on-one meetings and calls,
• Managing communication with domestic retail investors,
• Monitoring and reviewing analyst reports about the Company and its peers,
• Providing necessary documents and material disclosures for Istanbul Stock Exchange and Capital Markets Board,
• Contributing to the General Assembly processes.
