We are looking for an “Sales Operations Specialist” to be assigned to the Sales Operations Department of the Turkish organization.

Qualifications 

• Graduating of universities (4 years)
• Having at least 2 years of Sales Experience
• Being a team player with high communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English

Job Description

• Preparation of tender / project proposals and coordination with Field Sales Engineers
• Tracking Orders in coordination with the Purchasing Department
• Ensure the coordination of requests, complaints, new projects and communication activities regarding all kinds of sales and after-sales issues from the Authorized Sales Dealers under their responsibility; Direct the activities by carrying mutual demands to the relevant units and share the developments with the demanders by taking an active role in the working groups
• Analyzing the requests from the Authorized Dealers for whom she/he is responsible; Follow up and negotiate price offers and create sales opportunities, to conclude the process with the projected price-profitability level
• Provide offers and technical support to other wilo companies
• Prepare the reports requested by the Department Manager regarding her/his   responsibilities
• Make and execute plans to achieve sales and profitability targets in accordance with the sales strategy and targets of the company
