Oxygen Consultancy

• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent,
• Must have minimum 2 years experiences in an automotive supplier environment in customer service or sales department,
• Fluency in English, both written and oral,
• Fluency in German and/or French, both written or oral,
• Good interpersonal skills,
• Good PC and main frame computer skills, familiarity with EDI, ASN, main AOE customer portals are assets,
• Must have knowledge of export operations.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for decisions shipping of orders, either O.E.M. or aftermarket, and all related paperwork internal and external to meet customer requirements,
• To maintain customer communication systems for both ASNs and inventory control on a daily basis that affect customer ratings,
• To handle customer contact in a professional manner,
• Fully responsible for giving accurate information to the customer and for detailing accurate information about each order which determines production.
• Responsible for customer portals on a daily/monthly basis, handling logistics complaints, dealing with debit/credit notes from customers
• Manage consignment warehouses if exists, inventory control, sales transactions
