Method and Process Engineer

Oxygen Consultancy

• University degree in mechanical, mechatronics, metallurgical or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Previous process control and improvements experience
• Proficient with SPC software/tools
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and team work skills
• Analytical and quantitative thinking capabilities
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods and processes and documents the result of these effords
• Confers with all departments regarding product design, specification and tooling to ensure efficent productions methods
• Determines critical process properties according to product specifications
• Develops and maintains manufacturing process inspection methods
• Performs Process FMEA studies and develops control plans
• Provides detailed written operating instructions for operators and supervisors regarding product manufacture
• Works with Quality Control on resolving non conformities impacting product performance or manufacturability
