Our client operating in automotive industry is looking for Plastics Production Manager for their site operations in İzmir.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering descipline
• 2-4years of chief responsibility on production environment
• Experience in electronic manufacturing or automotive
• Experience the electronic or automotive production process and process technology
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems (ISO TS/16949)
• Knowledge of process controls (MPI,SPC)
• Experience in team management
• Experience the maintenance systems (PM,TPM)
• Experience the problem solving methods
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of Italian is a plus
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Carry out Plastics Organization’s manufacturing functions.
• Prove to qualify the Plastics personnel at critical processes.
• Plan, direct and monitor related plastics production activities.
• Develop and realize manufacturing schedules and procedures to maximize productivity in responsible area.
• Ensure that all critical spare parts are available with minimum level.
• Prepare the productive working of personnel, prepare working plan and inspect the applications.
• According to quality and efficiency data, take necessary actions to reach target amount.
• Reporting necessary actions for quality and productivity accident.
• Prepare safety working ambiance and create suitable working safety standards.
• Create the recording and collecting necessary data for product traceability.
• Planning necessary PM/TPM facilities and reporting them.
• Takes actions on different in function or cross function projects assigned by his/her manager.
