Our client operating in automotive industry is looking for Plastics Quality Engineer for their site operations in İzmir.
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 3 years’ experience in plastic production companies, in operative quality
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of international Standart ISO-TS 16949 for system quality
• Knowledge of PPAP(production Part Approval Process): mass production approval process
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Product Sample Inspection Plans
• Experience in budget definition and follow-up and internal auditing techniques and process FMEA

İŞ TANIMI

• Following up daily activities of process and outgoing quality control
• Following up the quality control records
• Studying defect analysis of the plastics
• Studying and reporting the root causes of the problems related to plastics
• Following up plastic product performances at assembly lines
• Creating and revising the instructions necessary for plastic quality control
• Creating new quality control gauges
• Organising the laboratory equipment’s maintenance actions
• Giving the start-up trainings to quality operators
• Taking actions on the different projects chosen by his/her  Supervisor for his own department or for different departments/Eldor companies.
