Our client operating in automotive industry is looking for Incoming Process Quality Engineer for their site operations in İzmir.

 

• University degree in Electronic Engineer, or equivalent skills
• 2-4 years’ experience in manufacturing companies, in operative Quality Entities (incoming, process/product control, outgoing)
• Knowledge of International Standard ISO-TS 16949 for system quality
• Knowledge of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan): Operative QS-9000 tool for the new products development process
• Knowledge of PPAP(production Part Approval Process): mass production approval process
• Knowledge of Project FMEA: method to analyse the potential failure mode and effects of a product
• Knowledge of Project FMEA: method to analyse the potential failure mode due to the productive plans
• Experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Product Sample Inspection Plans, budget follow-up and internal auditing techniques

İŞ TANIMI

• Collaborates with the Production and Engineering of the plant for the continuous improvement of the indicators: a) that contribute to customer satisfaction; b) for the measurement of internal performances
• Monitor the targets for the selected indicators, according to the company strategic decision.
• Monitor the production quality plans
• Maintain and updated the Quality Plans for performances improvement of the Plant;
• Analyse the process and the efectiveness of the controls
• Promote the quality continuous improvement in the plant, managing and reporting the quality control results and verifying the achievement of the set objectives
• Follows the corrective actions developed as a result of unsatisfactory customer satisfaction or unacceptable internal/external performances and follow and coordinate the preventive actions to avoid possible non-conformities
• Regularly gathers and analyzes the results obtained to verify that they meet the defined objectives
• Support the technicians and the production operators with the quality tools, methods and knowledge for the analysis and the solution of quality problems
• Collaborates with the Incoming Quality Control Supervisor to assure the conformity of the materials to be used in production
• Assures the compliance of the products with the customer specifications, giving feedback to product development (R&D) and the Production
• Verify, in collaboration with the R&D Team, the final inspections and product testing criteria,
• Supervise the activites of product final inspection
• Verify the conformity of the product processes, according to the parameters defined by the process development and the Production
• Verifying the effectiveness of the Control Plan; (incoming control, Manufacturing Process Inspection Specifications (MPI), Outgoing Control Specifications)
• Collect and analyses the data, to prevent the non-conformities and propose Improvement plans
• Verify the respect of reliability requirements for the products, throughout the production batches
• Makes reliability analysis on the finished product
