Job Description

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Controlling Business Partner.

Your contribution to something big:

• Controlling Business Partner of Global Business Services and CI Functions in Bosch Turkey
• Ensuring accurate internal and external reports to the decision makers
• Business Plan and Forecast coordination including budgets, resources, measures and reports
• Monthly Business Reporting and ensuring the overhead cost controlling including variances analysis
• Make recommendations to drive optimal strategic results by KPI Analysis & Monitoring
• Ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate decision making within the company
• Implementation of yearly CO cycles as SAP CO Key User
• Development of controlling processes and implementation of the controlling tools
• Special projects, e.g. developing of new business models, implementation of data-driven decision-making approach

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
• Master degree is a pluS
• Min 3 years experience in the related functions
• Strong written & verbal English language communication skills & fluency
• Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
• High level of ownership, willingness for making an impact for the responsibilities
• Self-motivated, target oriented and multi-tasking skills with strong time management
• Well-developed communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Advanced MS Office skills
• SAP CO and FI module knowledge is a must
