QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Key Account Leader” with the following capabilities to be employed in our company.


  • Graduated from Engineering or Business management,
  • Advanced level of English,
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on sales with OEM accounts,
  • Knowledge of costing and QAF,
  • SAP – SD management,
  • P&L and Cash flow basic understanding,
  • ECR management experience,
  • Self-motivated and customer oriented,
  • Good team player with strong problem-solving skills and interact with people from all business levels,
  • Strong planning and organizational skills,
  • Out-of-the-box thinking,
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Serial Life Key Account

  • Manage the on-time application of price agreements according to the contract and macroeconomics.
  • Prepare, negotiate and agree the raw material, inflation, energy claims with managed OEM and Tier 1 accounts.
  • Manage ECR quotations with OEM and related Tier 1,
  • Monitor and report related KPI’s to the management,
  • Prepare robust action plans for the KPI out of target,
  • Manage customer relations regarding both company and customer interests,
  • Work close to Controlling to solve payment related issues for the managed OEM and related Tier1 accounts,
  • Manage end-of-life claims in the area of her/his responsibility,

Project Key Account

  • Work close with Costing and Project Management to prepare quotations for the ECR’s,
  • Negotiate and agree the sales prices of ECR,
  • Prepare (with engineering) and maintain technical and commercial WAS-IS tables for the ECR,
  • Continiously monitor and report the profitability of each ECR sold – on part price and tooling,

Acquisition

  • Lead RFQ kick-off meetings internal and with customer,
  • Work with costing to receive the costing for the new RFQ,
  • Prepare QAF based on the costing to submit to the customer,
  • Prepare and present for validation P&L and cash flow-based Business Plan for the new quotation,
  • Negotiate with customer to finalize the acquisition,

Preferred Candidate

More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
