We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters - Glassware Performance Management team located in Tuzla/ Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferable), Economics, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Deep understanding of ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & software (e.g. SAP modules, Salesforce)
  • Excellent attention to detail; analytical approach; questioning mindset capabilities.
  • Excellent MS Office, SAP, S4/HANA knowledge in relevant modules of related functions is an asset.
  • Excel modelling is a must.
  • Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
  • Experienced in using with CPM (Corporate Performance Management) analytics tool and data visualization tools such as R, Python, Qlik Sense etc. Detail and result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical abilities
  • Good command of English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions to travel in and abroad


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Developingsales goals according to the channel/customerstrategy and the growth plan by establishing quantitative and qualitative sales performance measures and KPIs on high level
  • Define and manage the company's performance management system by determination of measurement metrics and measurement methods of Customer, Region, Product, Segment and Sales Channel. Taking a role in determining the sales target and creation of sales and marketing performance cards according to the performance results
  • Defining, monitoring, analyzing and reporting key global KPIs
  • Creating and tracking marketing and sales budgets by taking into account the market trends, consumption forecasts, market share targets and obtaining approval by finalizing it with the relevantpartiesand monitoring spending efficiency
  • Determining, monitoring and controlling the bonus/incentive plans and performance data of business partners
  • Managing the development of bonus/incentive plans forsales teams and monitoring and measuring their performance
  • Following the performance, KPIsand budget of regions, products, customers/segments and sales channelsregularly. Creating and monitoring customer performance reportsand evaluatingthe customers based on their sales performance and risk profiles
  • Managing KPIs to achieve efficiency targets set by product line strategies
  • Supporting the preparation of the monthly sales forecast and annually budget forecast and monitoring the realization levels of the forecasts
  • Interpreting operational/financial data from regions and product management, questioning inconsistencies
  • Monitor the collection of internal and external NPS results to evaluate and generate reports
