Order Management Specialist

Vogelsitze GmbH is one of the world's leading manufacturers of passenger seats. To expand our team in Bursa location of our company. Weare looking for a "Order Management Specialist" who meets the following qualifications to be employed in the "Sales" section of our company.

Requirements:

• University garduate from related disciplines
• Very good command of English written and spoken. German or Spanish language will be considered a plus.
• Good knowlege of MS Office applications,
• Some experience of order management with SAP is a plus.
• Able to travel on demand to customer locations worldwide.
• Competent planner with coordination skills.
• Proven team work track record, proactive and result oriented.
• Active driver with valid licence.

Job Description:

• To meet orders from export customers, coordinate internally and manage complete process until delivery to customer.
• Liase with customer clarifying order content and reach agreement regarding delivery date.
• Process customer new requests or change request from Engineering Department, get the order SAP ready.
• Prepare pricing based on customer price list and reach consensus with customer.
• Preparation of export documents.
• To follow customer satisfaction through delivery performance in accordance with IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• To cooperate and report to Sales Manager aiming to increase sales performance and increase volume through existing customers.
• To follow customer vehicle build programs and manage whole order execution process until goods are delivered. This will include administering order in SAP, following material stock movements and production planning in coordination with Purchasing/Disposition and Planning teams.
