QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a driven ENTERPRISE SALES TEAM LEADER for our client operating in Information Technologies. You will thrive in a self-service, dynamic, high-energy environment and enjoy the challenges that rapid growth creates. The scope of the role ranges from direct sales to co-sell with partners in order to guide/empower enterprise customers during their digital transformation journey through crafting tactics. You will be working daily in a team to ensure effective sales execution, attainment of revenue targets and report to Sales and Business Development Director. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Achieve individualized sales targets 

• Execute all sales cycle at assigned enterprise accounts 

• Deep dive and develop business base (including Total Cost of Ownership and ROI analysis) according the customer needs on enterprise accounts 

• Excite C-Level decision makers by delivering the best value propositions aligned with customer needs/expectations by leveraging the existing solution portfolio 

• Accurate Forecasting 

• Grow awareness in enterprise business and supporting company to achieve the sales targets 

• Plan, develop and qualify opportunities funnel for assigned accounts 

• Focus on customers’ needs to expand relationship and strive to build strong client relationships at the highest possible levels 

• Orchestrates internal and external resources for sales purposes 

 

Minimum Requirements & Qualification: 

• Customer oriented 

• Demonstrable results, a wide network and established relations with key executives 

• At least 7 years technology sales experience (2 years in management) in Enterprise Business – especially subscription (PaaS, SaaS) licensing on Low Code Platforms, Workflow solutions, BPA tools, BPM and Enterprise Asset Management solutions with a strong understanding of industry drivers 

• Value Selling mindset 

• Self-motivated, independent, dynamic and love challenges. 

• Self-sufficient problem solver, who is deeply dedicated to achieving key goals and objectives 

• Commercially confident with the ability to communicate with higher management contacts on complex topics 

• Effective influencer and communicator across complex situations 

• Excellent interpersonal skills with multi-cultural and global perspective 

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Turkish 

• Strong conflict management, negotiation and sales skills 

• Natural rapport and relationship builder with the ability to quickly engage with a wide variety of people 

• Flexible for domestic traveling
