Wyser is the international company within Gi Group Holding in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management.

We are looking for a "Service Manager'' for our global client operating in flow control and instrumentation solutions, which is located in Tuzla.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics engineering,

• Min. 8 years of experience in a service/ practical engineering environment,

• Advanced level of English,

• Knowledge about valves, actuators, pumps and digital control systems,

• Ability to read and understand electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic schematics,

• Achievement of budgeted/ forecasted growth targets,

• Acting with the awareness of health, safe and environment (HSE),

• Willingness to travel,

• Having good planning and organizational skills,

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Performs initial reviews of customer service contracts, master service agreements for compliance with terms and conditions,

• Financial responsibility inclusive of reporting accuracy, forecasting, utilization, profit and loss, and business planning,

• Lead, manage and motivate the team through performance reviews, to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency,

• Ensure that departmental resources are properly planned and co-ordinated and that customer needs are met as time and cost effectively as possible,

• Develop subordinates for current and future needs,

• Produces new ideas, creates innovative designs and produces a range of solutions to problems.
