For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘’Senior Metallurgical & Materials Engineer ‘’

 JOB DESCRIPTION

•      Perform metallurgical calculations,Develop and track quality sustainability and stability,
•      Develop and track quality sustainability and stability,
•      Prepare and control production planning,
•      Develop and optimize production process,
•      Develop operational efficiency,
•      Perform cost reduction activities,
•      Evaluate and track metallurgical projects,
•      Produce weekly, monthly and annual progress reports,

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering is essential. MBA degree is an asset,
• Minimum 8 years of field experience in the metallurgical industry.
• Preferably having experience in ferroalloys, iron&steel, stainless steel, alloy-steel, copper manufacturing industry,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English. Russian language skill is an asset,
• Willing and able to work in remote locations,
• Cross discipline and cross cultural communication experience is an asset,
• Be familiar with electrical arc furnace operations and pyrometallurgical operations,
• Able to do; recipe/mass balance calculations, production planning, plant optimization, daily production tracking, project tracking with MS Project.
• Apply principles and practical methodologies of metallurgical project evaluation and use these principles and methods to derivation of the project variables required for essential decision making,
